Know what needs a reply.
Stevens watches your Gmail and labels threads so you can see what needs attention, what is just FYI, and what is waiting on someone else.
Gmail stays your inbox. Stevens only adds and removes labels.

A direct ask that needs your response.
Project update
Useful context, no response needed.
Intro follow-up
You replied. Stevens keeps it visible.
Needs reply
Threads that probably need your response are easy to spot first.
FYI
Updates you may want to read are separated from threads that need action.
Waiting
Replies you have already sent stay visible until the other person responds.
How it works
Three steps, then you work from Gmail like usual.
Connect Gmail
Sign in with Google so Stevens can read recent threads and manage Stevens labels.
Stevens sorts threads
It marks email that needs a reply, is just FYI, or is waiting on someone else.
Use Gmail normally
Open Gmail and scan the Stevens labels. They update as conversations change.
Is Stevens another inbox?
No. Gmail stays your inbox. Stevens only adds labels inside Gmail so important threads are easier to spot.
Can Stevens send or delete email?
No. Stevens does not send, archive, delete, or move email for you.
What does Stevens store?
Stevens stores account connection details and limited thread state, not raw email bodies.
What do I do after signing in?
Start Stevens, then go back to Gmail. The labels will appear there as Stevens processes threads.
